The guidelines of contests in Music, Drama, and Literature directions for the promotion of young artists include the following development processes:

● Film Dramaturgy

To make a significant contribution to the development of film drama, which in turn will thoroughly contribute to the dynamic process of film production and its adjacent industries; 

The search for new forms of theatrical drama;

Fundamental renewal of musical and literary processes;

● Conducting competitions and thematic events;

● Carrying out various activities at the regional and international level to popularize the winning works in the competition;

● Financial support for the young talented generation;

● Development of international business connections in the direction of art initiatives.

Within the framework of Ray's activities, an annual competition for Georgian citizens living in the temporarily occupied territories will be held. Given the particularly important socio-political and national interests, a joint competition will be held in all three directions, with special competition conditions.
